About the event

Enjoy poetry in its finest, and listen to your brothers and sisters reading their poems. Upcoming Fridays join poetry readings from Subud members all over the world. Emmanuel Williams, Renata Reid, Colin Oliver, Daphne Alexopoulou, Rasunah Marsden, Paul Nelson, Miranda Hampton, Reynold Weissinger, Harris Smart, Marius Grose, and many more will give you a Poetry special in a new way.

Every week another poet will read his poems live on Zoom and each will share their work for around 20 minutes.

This week, the poet reading will be Stefan Freedman

About Stefans Poetry

Stefan's poetry has a streak of humour and mischief. Within the play of words and imagery there are insights, human foibles and universal themes. His two books of poetry are both inspired by cats, used as a way of commenting on our human foibles. Stefan will offer a contrasting selection of poems about humans, cats, unwanted gifts, childhood and dancing.

Born on a kibbutz in Galilee Stefan grew up in East London and has lived for 3 decades with his wife Bethan in Suffolk, UK.

His other creative work includes dance choreography, songwriting, short stories and film directing. More info at www.ipsmusicfestival.com + www.worldance.org
